Going for Green

I'm playing along with the ladies at Hand Stamped Sentiments and their "Go for Green" Challenge #58. I didn't want my card to be bright kelly green with a cutsie leprechaun. Those cards and images are SUPER CUTE, but I just wanted to do something a little different. The vintage trim fabric was actually my inspiration for the entire card. From there, it led to the softer green cardstock and patterned papers. The button has been in my stash for 10 years or so, so I was super excited to use it, too. I also used this weeks' Sketch #323 at Splitcoast Stampers.

Thank you for stopping by my blog, and I appreciate your comments.

  1. Love this card. What a great way to send a card for St. Pat's Day without being too cliche. Thanks for playing with us this week. Hope you will join us again in future challenges.
